Blockchain technology is great for boosting transparency inside delivery chains and successfully fighting the problem of counterfeit products.

In supply chain control, transparency is genuinely vital. That is where blockchain comes in as a reliable virtual ledger that securely fact-checks and verifies each transaction and movement of goods. This means no more handling piles of paper forms or looking for crucial shipping files. Everything you want is there in one easy-to-access digital location.

The result can be anything from sickness to a total outbreak of diseases. As we’ve looked at earlier, blockchain, with its immutable and open nature. Should a problem occur with the shipment, or the food itself, blockchain will make it easy to find the point of failure, and it can be addressed immediately instead of wasting days or weeks trying to find out what happened where.
